This literally is almost the only way we eat corn on the cob these days. It doesn’t take long and you can really just cook and serve it. Don’t get messy with a TON of butter that you’re temped to add to your corn because the buttery goodness will be cooked within!! :) ENJOY!
Creamy and Delicious Corn on the CobPrint Recipe
- 6-8 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
- 1 c milk
- 1 stick butter
Fill a large pot about halfway with water (enough to make sure that the corn would be covered) and bring water to a boil.
Add milk and butter.
Then add corn and reduce heat.
Simmer corn for 6 to 8 minutes.
Remove corn from cooking liquid and its ready to serve.
