We had this Chicken Fried Rice recipe some time ago, however, who doesn’t love Chinese at home?! I seriously think I could eat Chinese food all the time, and never get tired of it! :) This dish is so easy, simply delicious, and literally it will make you wonder why you ever ordered Chinese take out before! Yep, that’s right, you may not even be able to tell the difference between this dish and your local Chinese fav! Also, you’ll know exactly what is going into this recipe, unlike that favorite take out place! Everyone in your family will surely enjoy this knock off dish! :) ENJOY!
Chicken Fried RicePrint Recipe
- broccoli, chopped
- bell peppers, diced
- white onion, diced
- chicken, diced
- white rice, cooked
- olive oil
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
In a wok, saute onions in olive oil on a medium/high heat, until onions become soft and transparent.
Add eggs to scramble; then remove mixture.
Then add in diced chicken, and vegetables; cook until chicken is almost cooked through and vegetables are almost soften.
Next add in rice and cook until rice begins to brown.
Add back in egg mixture with teriyaki sauce.
Cook stirring frequently.
