We made these with the leftover chocolate that was used for the Ritz recipe and they actually turned out pretty dark yummy!! So if you know someone who is allergic to peanut butter, then this may be the candy you should make! :) ENJOY!
Chocolate Covered MarshmallowsPrint Recipe
- 60 Smores Marshmallows or any large, fluffy Marshmallows
- 12 oz milk melting chocolate
- 8 oz white melting chocolate
- 6 oz butterscotch baking chips
Melt the chocolates and butterscotch baking chips together in a double boiler.
Dip marshmallows in melted mixture and put on a cookie sheet.
Once the sheet is full, place it in the freezer until the cookies are frozen.
You may store them in a zip lock bag in the freezer.
