Crockpot Chicken Tortellini Soup recipe

I LOVE a good soup and this soup is SO easy to make that you’ll want it again and again this winter on those cold days!  The whole family will completely fall in love with this dish and will ask for seconds…so you may want to make a double batch!!  ENJOY!!

Crockpot Chicken Tortellini Soup

  • 1 and 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 7 c low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 c cheese tortellini
  • salt and pepper, to taste



Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker except for the tortellini and cook on low for 6 hours.


Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker and shred or cube and add back to the slow cooker.


Add in the tortellini and cook for 15 minutes or until they are cooked all the way through.


Season with salt and pepper to taste!
