Have you ever heard of the Copper Chef Copper Pan? It’s A-MAZING. Nothing sticks to it, it’s easy to clean, and you can cook/bake practically anything in it. It’s also one of those stove to oven type of pans! So great, right? We like to cook steak and other meats in our pan, but one dish that we tried that turned out amazingly well, was this Smores cake. It was really neat how tasty it turned out and is definitely something to try.
If you don’t have a Copper pan, then a regular baking dish would be just fine…just remember to use cooking spray (you don’t need any form of non-stick spray when using the Copper pan).
Easy and Delicious Smores Cake with the Copper PanPrint Recipe
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 8 graham crackers, cut in half
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the box and set aside.
Place halved graham crackers to fill one layer on the bottom of the copper pan or 9x9" baking dish (make sure you spray with cooking spray if you're not using the copper pan).
Sprinkle half the chocolate chips on top of the graham crackers.
Then pour the cake mix on top and place the pan/dish in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Crush the rest of the graham crackers and when the 15 minutes are up, sprinkle the crushed graham crackers along with the rest of the ingredients over the cake.
Place the pan back into the oven for another 5 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted.
Let cool and serve.
