Fabulous Food Show in Cleveland, OH review

It had been a couple of years since I had been to the Fabulous Food Show in Cleveland, OH, so a few weeks ago when it was back in town, I decided to pay another trip!  This was my third visit to the show, and it was probably the best one yet!  Obviously the first time was amazing and the second time was *OK*.  I feel like the second time they tried too hard to make it better and the only thing that really seemed in place was the beer/wine tasting; there was a real lack of food, unlike the first time.  This time, there was SO much food to taste and so many cool, new things to see!  :)

What is The Fabulous Food Show?  This was the 9th annual show to hit the I-X Center in Cleveland.  It’s not just your ordinary cooking show, it’s a full weekend of food, fun, and entertainment.  This show is spread out over 400,000 square feet of indoor space to make it an unparalleled cultural experience.  There’s various things to see, do, taste, and watch that includes fine food, fine art, craft breweries, wineries, restaurants, etc.!  :)

…much more!

One of the cool new things they added this year was the Food Truck area.  While I didn’t try any, it was really cool to see the awesome Cleveland food trucks and what they had to offer.  Literally, I was so stuffed from eating my way across the I-X Center!  I tried SO much food, it was insane, but so so good!  :)  There were also a nice handful of celebrity chefs that did shows and signed autographs  You have to pay extra to experience the shows, but I did get a chance to see The Chew’s Carla Hall signing autographs!  :)  Cleveland’s own Michael Symon was also on hand quite often!  I wish I could have met him, but he wasn’t there the time I was.  :)

I’m pretty sure they still do the show twice a year (Spring and Fall), so if you’re ever in the area, this is something you’ll need to check out!  :)
