Honey Orange Pork Chops recipe

My family loves pork chops, but in my opinion, sometimes they can be rather boring.  Therefore any time where I can find a recipe to change-up the normal, boring pork chop, I’m all about it!  :)  I found this Honey Orange Pork Chops recipe, but changed it just slightly from the original.  I think you’ll enjoy it too!  It’s sweet and pretty healthy!  :)  ENJOY!

Honey Orange Pork Chops

  • 1/3 c orange marmalade
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • salt and black pepper



In a small mixing bowl whisk together the marmalade, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and honey; reserve 2 tablespoons and set the sauce aside.


Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.


Season the pork chops with salt and pepper; when the oil is hot, add the chops and cook until brown.


When pork is brown, pour half the sauce over the pork.


Place lid over the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.


When pork is finished, add the remaining sauce drizzled over top the pork to serve.
