Easy and Fun DIY Paper Garland idea

DIY Paper Garland idea

One project that Mom and I have done was Paper Garland.  We had seen it on Pinterest often and always thought that it was super cute, but I must warn you that it took us about 30 minutes to make a 10 foot strand.  LOL  It’s not hard, but it’s time consuming.

We basically took 3 sizes of circles that were cut out with the Cricut machine and sewed them together.  You just feed one circle at a time through the machine while leaving some “space” between each one by pulling the thread on your machine.

We used them over the windows and doorways and I think they turned out SUPER cute!

This was one of my favorite decorations! Thanks for your hardwork! :)

  • Fast way to do it is to take bakers twine and glue the circles to the twine you need twice as many circles but you can also do two colors opposite and that really looks cool.

    • What a neat trick, Mary! Thanks for the tip! I’ll have to give that a shot next time!
