This is such a great bread to eat with a summer meal, or even as a snack! I’m not one that likes *hot* things, but I don’t mind things that have “spice” in them and this bread is just that! It’s honestly also depends on your jalapeno and how much heat it contains. This recipe is also so easy to whip up that anyone could do it! Even if you have a beer bread mix, you could alter it a bit with the toppings to make it seem like you slaved away hours making it! :) ENJOY!
Jalapeno Beer Cheese BreadPrint Recipe

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 can or bottle of beer
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 jalapeno slices
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and beat in egg; once fully combined, pour in beer.
Mix together until the dough becomes sticky and almost like one big dough ball; do not over mix.
Place dough in a bread baking pan and sprinkle shredded cheese and whole jalapenos slices on top.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour and 15min, or until bread is fully cooked.
