Pepper and Onion Chopped Sirloin Patties recipe

This is something that my family likes to make a head of time so when you need something quick for dinner, just pull them out of the freezer and grill them or cookie in the skillet.  This is probably one of the easiest freezer meals that I think the whole family will love!  Eat them on buns or topped with steak sauce or gravy!  So flavorful and delicious!!  The recipe literally shows what we like to add to the patties, so you can add as little or as much as you’d like!  ENJOY!

Pepper and Onion Chopped Sirloin Patties

  • 5 lbs of ground sirloin
  • bell peppers, to taste
  • onions, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • Worcester sauce, to taste



Chop and dice peppers and onions.


Add meat to a large bowl in 2.5 lb sections along with whatever ingredients you like.


Mix together just until combined, do not over work the meat.


Form meat mixture into 1/2 lb patties.


You may use wax paper to stack burgers into family serving sizes and place in ziplock bags to freeze.
