My family has been eating Chili Mac recipe for years! It’s quick, easy, and so delicious. Honestly, it totally makes you feel like a kid again with all of the comfort flavors! :) ENJOY!
Easy Chili MacPrint Recipe
- 12 oz lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 14.5 oz Mexican-style canned tomatoes
- 1 and 1/4 c canned tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp diced canned green chili peppers, drained
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 c elbow macaroni, cooked
- Sour Cream
In a large skillet cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili peppers, chili powder and cumin; bring to a boil to thicken slightly.
While sauce is thickening, cook noodles according to packaged directions (be sure to not over cook).
Then add cooked macaron to a bowl and top with meat sauce; top with Sour Cream and serve!
