So my family is OBSESSED with these Traditional Cream Cheese Wedding Mints recipe.  OK, well…maybe my sister and I are obsessed with these!  HA!  :)  So needless to say that these had to make an appearance at the wedding and man were they delicious!!  YUMMY!!  :)

Cream Cheese Wedding Mints

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg Cream cheese
  • 2 lb Powdered sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Mint flavoring
  • Few drops of food coloring (optional)
  • Baker’s sugar
  • small cookie cutters

Instructions

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together.

Add flavoring and coloring (optional); form into ball.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on flat surface and roll ball of dough out with a rolling pin.

Take a small cookie cutters and cut dough into shapes.

Gently toss shapes in sugar to coat the outside of all sides.

You must refrigerate these mints or you may freeze them for a small amount of time.
