Roasted Garlic Parmesan PotatoesPrint Recipe
- 3 russet potatoes, wedged
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place wedged potatoes in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat.
In a small bowl mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika; sprinkle seasoning on potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan and pepper, then bake for an additional 20 minutes.
