Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes recipe

These potatoes will make a great addition to any meal!  They’re so flavorful and delicious, not to mention that they’re so easy to make!  I’m pretty sure this will be your next go-to side dish!  ENJOY!

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

  • 3 russet potatoes, wedged
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded



Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place wedged potatoes in a large bowl.


Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat.


In a small bowl mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika; sprinkle seasoning on potatoes and toss to coat.


Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.


Remove potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan and pepper, then bake for an additional 20 minutes.
