To me Pork Chops can be a bit boring, but this recipe is for sure to take that boring-ness away and make anyone ask for seconds! It’s the perfect combo of savory and sweet that any dish needs! It’s so easy that anyone could do it, and will satisfy anyone of all ages!
Spicy Orange Pork ChopsPrint Recipe
- 2/3 c orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 3/4 c Bisquick mix
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl mix marmalade, butter, cinnamon and ginger; stir in cranberries and set aside.
In shallow dish mix Bisquick mix and cayenne and in another shallow dish place soy sauce.
Dip pork into soy sauce, then coat with Bisquick mixture.
Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and over medium-high heat brown pork chops on both sides.
Place chops in ungreased 13x9" baking dish and Bake 40-45 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
