I love a good corn recipe, because lets face it, sometimes corn can get a tad boring! :) I’m not so sure that this recipe is 100% family friendly as it could be a tad on the spicy side, depending on how hot your jalapenos are. So take that into consideration when adding the ingredients. You could always cut back on them if you don’t like the heat!! ENJOY!
Crockpot Spicy Jalapeno CornPrint Recipe
- 4 c frozen corn
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper (plus more for serving)
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart slow cooker; stir.
Cook on high for 1 hour; stir.
Cook an additional hour.
