Easy Parmesan Butter Noodles recipe

Do you have leftover pasta noodles after Sunday Dinner?  Or are you like me and specifically make more pasta than you need so you can make a delicious lunch the next day?!  :)  This is definitely my “go-to” lunch that I really enjoy having because it takes no time at all to make.  You can honestly make this with nay type of left over pasta, but I enjoy a good lemon spaghetti, bowtie, or even penne!  You’ll love it to take to work, yes, you can make this at work!  All you need is a microwave!!  It’s SO EASY that your kids will love it and ENJOY making it!

Parmesan Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • a serving of leftover pasta
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • grated parmesan cheese, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

Add pasta to a microwaveable bowl topped with butter cut into small cubes.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on wattage)

Top with Parmesan cheese and pepper!
