Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe

Here’s another way to enjoy those tasty and delicious wings that we all love without the fried food guilt!  Once you get a Power Air Fryer XL, you too will become obsessed!  If spicy-ness isn’t your thing, then try out the Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Chicken Wings recipe!!  That way, everyone in the house can enjoy these crispy goodness!!  ENJOY!

Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • Dry Rub
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan for sprinkling
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 c Frank's hot sauce



Dry wings with a paper towel and combine the Dry Rub ingredients in a freezer bag.


Place wings in a freezer bag with dry ingredients and shake; you may allow to sit in fridge for at least 1 hour, or you can cook them right away.


Add wings into the Fry Basket and place into the Power Air Fryer.


Press the "M" Button and scroll to the "French Fries" Icon.


Hit the "Power" Button and adjust cooking time to 25 minutes at 400 degrees; depending on the wing size, you may have to adjust cook time.


Half way through the time, flip the wings.


In a medium saucepan place wing Sauce ingredients on medium low; cook for about 1-2 until everything is combined.


When wings are done (internal temperature is 165 degrees) remove and toss with the sauce.
