Don’t we all just love things that our Grandmas makes? I totally do. You can really taste the love in it; and even as an adult, the taste will take you right back to your childhood! :) Toll House Pie is a pie that my Grandma has made for YEARS and at 29 years old, I STILL love it! :) She used to make it with a pie crust, but over the years we found out that it was better without! :) ENJOY!!
Toll House PiePrint Recipe
- 1 stick of butter, melted and cooled
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c walnuts
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (or more if you'd like)
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie plate.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve warm or warm it up in the microwave for that "out of the oven" gooey-ness. :)
